1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service booked. This fee helps to compensate for the lost appointment time and resources.
3. No-shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows inconvenience both our staff and other clients who could have taken that appointment slot. Therefore, a no-show may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked. 
4. Cancellation Fee: In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, a fee may be charged. The specific amount will be determined based on the duration of the appointment and the lash technician's discretion. This fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.
5. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that rescheduling may be subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
6. Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Sleep on your back: Try to sleep on your back or use a silk or satin pillowcase to avoid rubbing or crushing your lash extensions while sleeping. This can help maintain their shape and prevent premature shedding.
6. Avoid mascara and eyelash curlers: Lash extensions are designed to provide a full and voluminous look without the need for mascara or eyelash curlers. Using these products can cause clumping, damage, or premature shedding of the extensions. If desired, opt for a water-based mascara specifically formulated for use with lash extensions and apply it only to the tips of the lashes, avoiding the base.
7. Be cautious with heat: Excessive heat, such as from saunas, steam rooms, or hair dryers, can weaken the lash adhesive. Avoid exposing your lash extensions to direct heat sources to maintain their longevity.
8. Schedule regular touch-ups: Lash extensions naturally shed with your natural lash cycle. To keep your lashes looking full and fresh, schedule touch-up appointments every 2-4 weeks, depending on your lash growth cycle.
